Our policy lasts 15 days after you've received your item. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your parcel is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your parcel, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We will exchange an item if we have your size in stock. Unfortunately, if an item is sold out we can not do any exchange however we will offer you a refund back.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Kendi Boutique cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package. All applicable charges on orders placed must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Kendi Boutique cannot tell you what the cost of customs charge will be. And charges can vary from country to country.
If you refuse to accept shipping of your items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Kendi Boutique and In this event, Kendi Boutique may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these cost from you by deducting the amount from any refund owed to you.
