Refund policy

Online Order return policy.

If for any reason, you are not entirely delighted with your purchases, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or online store credit.

Online returned items must be received within 14 days, which means you have 14 days of receipts to return your parcel. Returns after this date will not be accepted.

Things to keep in mind while trying your garments on at home:

  • Be careful of makeup while trying your garment.
  • We recommend you try the garments with no self-tanner that may stain the garments.
  • Be careful of deodorant stains.

To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your garments must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in it's original packaging. You will also need a receipt for proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

Any item that has been worn used, or altered.

  • Sale items
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Purses
  • Gift cards

Exceptions/ non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Items:

Kendi Boutique is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any holding time of your item/s. Kendi Boutique is NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s.

Kendi Boutique is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.

Store credit:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know regarding your store credit or exchange.

Exchange / Returns

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, if an item is sold out, we can not exchange it; however, we will offer you a store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
